BREAKING NEWS: Court stops labour from Monday strike, NLC vows to go-ahead

Reports just coming in said the National Industrial Court has ruled that organised labour must not embarked on the nationwide strike fixed for Monday. The court said the conditions predecent for calling a strike were not fulfilled by labour.

But labour says it is not aware of of the court order and would proceed with the strike.
