Suicide bomber hits Kano filling station, kills 6

File Photo: An explosion in Kano in May 2012 ... Over 120 people were feared dead in that explosion

A suspected suicide bomber struck at a filling station in Kano late Friday killing at least six people, police said.

Several other people were injured and rushed to undisclosed hospitals.

The Kano police declined to disclose the hospitals, saying they do not want to expose the victims to further danger.

The attack occurred at Magasiku Filling Station, opposite the NNPC mega filling station in the Hotoro area of Kano.

The station is along Maiduguri Road.

The Kano State police commissioner, Adenrele Shinaba, told PREMIUM TIMES the attacker detonated a bomb so powerful it left a deep crater on the station’s concrete floor.

He said the bomber arrived in a Toyota Sienna van and queued alongside other customers, pretending as though buying fuel, before detonating the apparently bomb-laden vehicle.

Mr. Shinaba said the filling station immediately caught fire after the bomb went off but that rescue officials were able to put out the fire.

Six people were confirmed dead, and five others injured, the police said.

The dead, according to police,  include the suicide bomber, the manager of the station, a pump attendant, and three police officers.

Security operatives have secured the scene of the attack, the police said.

Kano State has witnessed a series of attacks from suspected Boko Haram militants.

In September, armed men stormed a federal college in Kano, detonated bombs as students attended lectures, and shot at those who fled. At least 10 people were killed.

Those who vowed to make Nigeria ungovernable if GEJ won the 2011 election and/or bid for a second term are reaping what they sowed. If APC believes it can bomb itself to power, it will bomb itself to self-extinction. Let Allah be praised.

There’s going to be a revolution. The poor will overtake the rich.
You’ve not seen anything yet. You’ve not seen the real Boko Haram.
A worse Boko Haram is about to happen.”

Isn’t this the same so-called prophet who predicted in 2011 that “Jonathan will win, but he will not really win”? Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! How is that for a prophecy? Look, this country is a joke on every side. Even the so-called prophets are always prophesying to politicians. Hahahaha! You know a prophet when he predicts the illogical and the seemingly impossible, and it happens. That’s how you know a prophet. Not al these balderdash.

What you have just quoted above could easily be predicted by a studious adept sociologist, political scientist, or historian. How hard is it to predict that Nigeria is on the precipice? Isn’t it already obvious?

You are so right, True Nigerian. We must ban guesswork quotations on this forum from now on!

  • TAWANDA INCOMMUNICADO

Those who used Sharia as a political weapon of control are still the same people busy making Nigeria “ungovernable” !!
Shekau was one of those who received the gift of Sharia from these political and religious oligarchs and he added some steroids to it……he modified it to Islamic terrorism. The genie is out of the bottle,QUO VADIS NIGERIA ?

Islamic imposition has neither worked nor wrought peace since 1804 A.D
when Uthman Dan Fodio shared out white flags to his horsemen to advance
southwards and conquer non-Fulani people in expanding his Islamic empire.

Governors of the north-eastern and north-western states must come to terms
with this sad fact because the spurs of recurring violence today are the baleful
derivatives of that historical imposition of Islam as sole basis of northern society.

I will take any statement from Jama’atu Nasril Islam [JNI] with a pinch of salt
until it speaks against the domination of societies in northern states by Muslims only.
Except in Benue and Plateau states – which are both locked in shooting wars launched
by invading Fulani Muslim invaders – all governors in northern Nigeria today are Muslims.

This is also the case today in Yorubaland where all Governors in Yorubaland
under ACN/APCgovernments, are Muslims. Whereas Nigeria is NOT an Islamic state.
Jama’atu Nasril Islam is expected to have spoken up and opposed this

“religious apartheid” but instead abetted it without gumption or compunction.

As a result, Islam is not interpreted in Nigeria as a progressive idea

(as it is in Turkey); guaranteeing basic fairness to all persons.

      @ Words on Marble:

The Islamization of public office in Yorubaland by Bola Tinubu and his
coalition of Muslims in ACN/APC is a clear and present danger to Yoruba unity.
It has already riven communal peace, with organised churches jointly declaring
that Christians will NOT vote for a Muslim candidate as governor in the coming
      state elections in Yorubaland.

  • Lorddaniels

The Buhari faction of Boko haram carried out this attack as warning shot to Kwankwaso not to stop Buhari from getting the APC ticket.

    • King Carlos

You have a chicken brain. Why can’t you blame jonathan for not protecting the city against such attacks. They are now spreading the boko haram attacks across all states in order to prevent election in 2015.

      • the truth

so no responsibility should be placed on the governor? isnt he the governor of kano state?

        • King Carlos

On the issue of security, no responsibility should placed on a GOVERNOR BECAUSE, HE DOESN’T HAVE THE POWER TO GIVE ORDERS TO ANY SECURITY OFFICIAL. THE power rests with Jonathan and if Jonathan wants to share the blame, he should go ahead and share command of the police with state governors.

          • Ayinde

Yes the Governor cannot give orders, yet thet are the Chief Security Officer in their state. However I still believe that despite the challenging situation, they can still make the best of a bad situation. A case in point is Lagos Governor, and Markarfi while he was Governor in Kaduna.

          • Otile

Remember it is easier to blame Jonathan than to act governors. It is more rewarding to pocket the security funds than to waste it fighting boko haram. They elected Jonathan to shoulder the blame for all.

            The truth always, please!

          • Otile

So he cannot defend Kano because he claims he no longer receives special security funds. How much does he receive in monthly allocation from the Federal government? Jonathan is now supposed to be in every state 24/7 to prevent Islamic attacks on citizens. This is an unrealistic tall order, if you ask me.

          • Kay Soyemi (Esq.)

Otile, you are just being disingenuous.

No one expects Mr. Jonothing to be ubiquitous, but to ensure that he appoints competent hands to do their jobs of securing our lives and properties as he swore to.

What is so difficult about firing incompetent hands if you have executive powers in a Presidential system of government?

            Excuses are for lame ducks.

          • Otile

Even if he fires the entire cabinet and replaces them with the best brains the world can produce that cannot deter Islamic terrorism in Nigeria, can’t even prevent a determined suicide bomber from causing havoc in the vast continent Nigeria. Neither Jonathan nor any other elected president can stop Islamic terrorism anywhere in the world. The only solution is to let the Islamists actualize their Caliphate.

Whatever you mean by being disingenuous, that’s your own opinion, honest people recognize that Islamization is going on in Nigeria and APC has latched on its sentiment to defeat Jonathan, but that’s not going to work. Already APC is in disarray with Ebola Tinubu propping up Imam Tambuwal over your master Buhari.

One of the reasons our country is on the way down is because far too many Nigerians are insincere and heavily bigoted. And I am talking about the so-called Christians of which I am one. Your comment is an example of what I am saying.

Northerners have been killed in this blitz of terror. Emirs have been attacked and killed. Islamic scholars have been killed. The Sultan have condemned several previous attacks. Northerners are dying in this thing more than any other people. And yet, you are here suggesting that Sultan’s condemnation is the answer or that it says something other than what we all know already – that Nigeria is generally in deep trouble. So after each round of condemnation, what next? The repeated condemnations by the Emirs, Sultan, Jonathan, etc, what difference have they made? Would condemnation be more effective than a functional, efficient and efficacious strategy to defeat this wave of mass murders?

My prayer is that God will not allow us, as a people and country, to pay the heavy price we deserve to pay for our insincerity and lies. Nigerians are mostly a bunch of dishonest ethno-religious bigots parading themselves as neutral commentators and citizens. And that insincerity is part of the reasons why our country is unable to defeat these evil-minded ones amongst us.

    • endingNaija

It is less about condemnation. It is more about the person we employ and pay as our Commander in Chief to be in charge. That person is President Goodluck Jonathan from Otuoke in Ijaw land. You hear the truth?

THE QUESTION ON THE LIPS OF NIGERIANS IS THIS….

“Who is this person (said to have financed Boko Haram from inside the Central Bank of Nigeria)?

the public to see the person who has helped in sending thousands of Nigerians to their early graves
while the nation is faced with the greatest threat to her unity since the Nigerian civil war nearly fifty years ago?”

“Nigeria’s Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka has added his voice to this allegation,
affirming that his own independent inquiries showed that the same individual is indeed culpable.
He went on to say that the name of the person has been made available to the highest authority

“Although the very thought that an individual in the top echelon of Nigeria’s ultimate Bank
and regulator of the financial system will become a bankroller of our enemy (Boko Haram),
yet it is only such a high level conspiracy that can make Boko Haram to grow into the monster
it has become. When this fellow is identified, tried and convicted, we will expect him to face the
        full wrath of the law.”

        ………..VANGUARD Editorial Opinion

        [September 19th, 2014]

    • True Nigerian

Well, high profile arrest means nothing if it is done without adequate credible evidence. That is the difference between the cesspit called Nigeria and other countries that also have laws. Intelligent systems don’t celebrate arrests, they celebrate justice built on evidence.
High profile arrest has limited value in a scenario where a chief intelligence official (Mrs Ogar) and the Presidency openly credits terror attacks to the opposition party, despite having no shred of evidence against them. And yet, the same Presidency gives the only well-known terror sponsor a presidential audience in Chad and even had the temerity to tweet the photos in a royal manner, only to then deny it few days later. Also, for two years, the Presidency claimed that boko haram was fashioned against him, despite the fact that boko haram was already a budding problem under his predecessor who killed their leader and captured more than 400 of them who then broke the jails when Jonathan took over and have never been rearrested to date. So when are you going to be honest enough to admit the obvious fact that credibility is a major problem for Jonathan’s government in this fight against terror? Like I said earlier, may God spare us from the harsh consequences we deserve to face for our lying tongues and hypocrisy in this country.

      • the truth

Nice analysis.much respect for this write up.stay tuned

        • True Nigerian

Thank you, but I’m afraid it’s not just a nice analysis. It’s also a damning indictment of your hyporitical judgement, insincerity and your veiled bigoted loyalty to a government that is so discredited that it simply cannot fight anything that militates against this country, whether it is corruption, kidnapping, threats against responsible individuals by militants who are friendly with the Presidency, terror or Islamic extremism. To fight such a serious battle against terror in any country, credibility is an indispensable tool. And Jonathan’s government, his loud-mouthed SSS chiefs, his Defence Ministers, his fat glutonous army commanders (go and look at how army commanders look in other countries) have no credibility left in them. That is a worse crisis than the battle itself, just in case you still need me to tell you that in such an explicit way.

Boko haram and those behind it, whoever they may be, are utterly evil and should be deleted from amongst us. But Jonathan is also another administrative and political evil on this country. Nigeria has never had such an incompetent leadership which thrives on innuendos of threats by his friends and kinsmen against the whole country and tries to perpetuate himself in power by using religious and ethnic lies to deeply divide this country, just for his own personal benefit; despite the fact that he would never have been able to get into that position if the people did not unite behind his mandate in 2011 across ethno-religious lines. So, now, here is the challenge for you: you have rightly condemned boko haram and even tried to extort a repetition of condemnations from others in that regard. But when are you going to condemn the other evil called Jonathan’s horrendously incompetent government? Or are you now going to argue that he is competent enough for this country?

Let me ask you a question that should make you hide and cringe in your hypocrisy. If you were the President of Nigeria today, would you wait for Malala Yousef to come and beg you after 4 months before you visit or meet the Chibok families of the escaped and missing girls? If you were a relation of those girls, would you accept that as satisfactory? Your answer in your heart of hearts is no, even if you say yes here. So why then are you so hypocritically pretending that Jonathan should be sustained in power for another woeful four years just as the last four years that have turned Nigeria into a laughing stock of the entire sane world?

Like I keep saying, my prayer is that God will spare us from the damning judgement we deserve in this country for our hypocrisy and lies.

I may assume that the presidency has no hand in the BH activities for lack of material evidence. However I hold them responsible and culpable in the speedy escalation of the BH atrocities for their un-excusable lack of political will to deal with the problem.

          • Kay Soyemi (Esq.)

            Fair point, Ahmad.

I have a strong feeling that “their un-excusable lack of political will to deal with the problem” is directly because they are the source of the problem.

There is just NO WAY anybody could be this incompetent and still be sane.

          • Peter

From your write-up I can smell that you are a core northerner, one of those supporters of the current regime of insecurity in the north, particularly the north-east. For once since this insurgency, you have not been able to condemn the atrocities and bloodletting being perpetrated on your soil. As an intellectual you so called yourself, you have not been able to bring together your leaders of thought, including your elected islamic governors who are the chief security officers of those states hugely engulfed in the insurgency, to try and chart an end to this shameful acts on your soil. It shows a complete absence of leadership for your people to fold their hands and bemoan your plight on President Goodluck Jonathan who you know for sure is the target of the insurgency, right from the inception of his administration. If you must know, know it today that this Boko Haram was created by your politicians in order to choke and distract this government from pursuing the ideals of governance. But this president is about the wisest of all the past leaders, particularly those of them from your northern region that misruled and mismanaged the country before. Immediately he was sworn in, the clamour for the return of power to the north began. This call for return of power to the north informed the merger of splinter political parties into the now confused APC, which again adopted the slogan that POWER MUST RETURN TO THE NORTH. For the avoidance of doubt, President Goodluck Jonathan remains the most credible president Nigeria has ever produced and whether you like or not, his good handwork will return him as president come February 2015

Most of the contributors so far are Gejitoes, it’s a pointer they’ve been dispatched to distort the truth behind this latest visit by Boko Haram to Kano Emirate under Alhaji Mh. Sanusi. But who knows, Emir Sanusi may have collected his seized pali (pelu salary back pay) and promptly reneged on whatever he promised Dumbo during his recent visit to Aso Villa with his little entourage of “stakeholders” wearing rabbit-ear hats, never trust Aboki in a long hats… remember Farooq di Dollar? Aboki Bandito! This bombing is a major warning to Kano citizens and Gov. Kwankwaso’s Presidential ambitions, withdraw now or else… this is raw politics of intimidation as far as I can decipher, remembering that Boko Haram first re-appeared in Kano City (after a two-year lull) during Sanusi ati Dumbo’s cat-n-mouse game about who will replace the late Emir, Ado Bayero. Today, BH terrorists are back bombing institutions and innocent bystanders are the victims of their dirty politics geared towards the 2015 general elections. Dumbo is a heartless psycho, wacko! The ultimate aim of his evil Administration is to cancel the game entirely citing insecurity in Nigeria as a whole… he knows he can’t win any elections again. Clown Prince of Otuoke… Openu!

    • Simply Anonymous

“But any little child in any other part of Nigeria knows there’s an on-going Islamic Jihad in Nigeria.
The only group of people who do NOT know this simple fact are Yoruba Christians in the South-West
having the highest number of professors, doctorates and university graduates, but who’ll rather throng
en masse, behind an Islamic party, APC. How my people perish for lack of knowledge!”

      • Al Feez

        @ Encore,

Nothing has actually changed from the old Fulani marauders led by Uthman Dan Fodio.
To try to see this latest Jihad by Boko Haram as an isolated event means one is either
blind to reality or lacks a sense of history because Al Qur’an urges its followers to
‘overpower’ the unbelievers. By so doing, they are promised Islam’s imaginary paradise.
But in what way are the Christian “infidels” in Nigeria to be overpowered except by violence?

        • Fola

Well, you have a point sha, but the other way is by “political suffocation” – the technique
being used by Alhaji Bola Tinubu and his ACN/APC coalition of Muslims to seize control
of governments in Yorubaland and reserve topmost decision-making offices for Muslims.
That way, the Muslims can loot and use looted funds to pulverize the poorish Christians.

          • Okonofua

“Perhaps, we are expecting too much from President Goodluck Jonathan.
For, it may be that he is not, by natural disposition, imbued with an ardour
to initiate revolutionary change in the purpose, pace and tempo of governance,
and that he is not naturally fitted to lead the social and ethical revolution that the country
so desperately needs to take it out of the messy quagmire. If such be the case, should he
not make way now, or, in 2015; for someone so imbued – since such a revolution is Nigeria’s
best hope for salvation in the present circumstances?”

        • Ireti Olasope

          My brother, forget it!

It will take the beheading of an Arch-Bishop to make Yoruba Christians begin to suspect Islamic Jihad. Christians in Lagos state are not it – no sense, no awareness, no enlightenment. Their Pastors are like them. Can you imagine Christians monopolizing the post of governor in Lagos state for 16 years running with full support by Lagos Muslim Alfas? Impossible.

But Christian Pastors are always excited to wave brooms like lunatics in the afternoon behind Islamic Jihadists. The APC Islamism is not hidden. It is done openly. There is Alhaja Abike-Dabiri. Then you have Alhaji Femi Gbajabiamila. Followed by Alhaji Ashafa. And so on and so forth. Not only that O! Lagos Muslims simultaneously monopolize both the post of attorney-general and Speaker of Lagos state House of Assembly since 2003. Can I go on? Please stop worrying about Lagos
Christians – they are too daft.

It’s very unfortunate terror has come to stay with us but Nigerians should expect more dangerous attacks as we head towards elections and be very watchful. Security agent should always do their jobs by keeping their eyes on people movement and behavior because it’s very easy to detect a bomber if they are watchful. God bless Nigeria. Anyone invoked in killing innocent citizens for any reason will never achieve his or her altimate agenda.

    • Nicol

      @ Asonye:

But truth is that Islam is incompatible with democracy as a general principle,
because Islam explicitly denies the equality of humanity. Islam instead
exhorts its followers to behead and continue to kill non-Muslims as compulsory
religious obligation (Koran 8:12). Islam denies freedom of speech to
non-Muslims and denies non-Muslims freedom of their own religion. Islam is the
exact opposite of democracy, indeed; the very anti-thesis of human freedom. He
who foists Islam on a state denies democracy in tandem, since the indefeasible
rule of a Caliph violates the rule of law. The equality of humanity is the starting
point of democracy – but that is what Islam forbids and fights against today.

      • Elisha Mohammed

“In the 1999 Constitution, Sharia was mentioned 73 times, Grand Khadi 54 times,

Islam 28 times, Muslims 10 times, and there is no single mention of Christ, Christian,

Christianity, or, church. Some mischievous elements are taking these lapses

in the Nigerian Constitution to come to the ungodly decision that probably
the Nigerian state is an Islamic state.”

“So what are Christians doing at the National Conference? Hundreds of our churches

were burnt down, and, Christians are being killed constantly. In fact, it has reached the stage

of genocide. I will cite one example – In one denomination in Plateau State, the Women’s Fellowship
as at 2001 had 500 registered widows and by 2008, they had 900 registered widows but by February
2014, it had 25,000 registered widows.”

Condolences to victims of this unfortunate incident. If you are unable to secure a state you are too small to govern a nation. Kwankwaso that can’t guarantee security of a state want to be President of the whole country. He spends all his time politicking and neglected the affairs of the state. All his security vote is being stolen to bankroll imaginary presidential ambition. It is easy to criticize others. Who is clueless and incompetent now. APC will still blame Jona for this. Failures always have excuses. Sanusi has no more central bank money to spend on Kano victims.

    • endingNaija

Reno Omokri (of PDP) na Aboki, na the truth na oleku na otile na abujakenneth take this: In Nigeria, state governors ARE NOT the Commander in Chief. In Nigeria, state governors DO NOT even control the police. Do you know of the Nigerian state called Rivers state? Remember that the governor is called Governor Amaechi. Even the then Police Commissioner Mbu TOOK ORDERS from Mrs Patience Jonathan -the wife of the Commande in Chief of Nigeria-president Jonathan. Mbu too orders from the wife of the president against the orders of Governor Amaechi of Rivers state on the security in Rivers state. Reno Omokri you know this. DO NOT LIE. So? Kwakwanso HAS NO POWERS OVER SECURITY IN KANO STATE . Just as Governor Amaechi has no powers over security in Rivers state, jusr as Mrs Patience Jonathan the WIFE of President Jonathan has powers over security in Rivers state-powers that the Governor himself does not have. That is the Nigeria you and I are in. You know this because as a member of PDP and as the online supervisor of President Jonathan 2015 campaign , YOU KNOW THIS PASTOR RENO WENDEL OMOKRI. It is the job of President Jonathan to secure Nigeria. He must do it. This is what we pay him to do.

      • Aboki

There he goes again like a broken record repeating the same thing without making any progress. We say the truth as it is even though it hurts. Answer the simple question, How come Fashola always gets the cooperation of security apparatus to keep Lagos safe yet in the opposition? What qualifies your Kwankwaso as being competent if he can’t figure out how to keep Kano safe. When he campaigned to be governor was it part of his promise or mandate to ensure security of lives and properties. If he is waiting for the President who is in Abuja to do that then he is incompetent, clueless and has failed the people of Kano that gave him the mandate. Ask yourself what mandate was given Kwankwaso by Kano people? If he is blaming Jona then he is a failure. Failures always have excuses.

        • endingNaija

Reno Omokri, can you answer the simple questions please? The simple questions are: (i) Where in the constitution makes a governor and gives the governor security power? (ii) do we have even state police in NIgeria? (iii) why did former police commissioner Mbu of Rivers state take orders from MRS PATIENCE JONATHAN over and above the Governor -Mr. Ameachi? I presume you went to school. And these questions are not in rocket science. Therefore you should be able to answer them. Over to you Pastor Reno Wendel Omokri acting on behalf of PDP and President Jonathan.

          • Aboki

How more desperate can you be? To suggest that state governors have no responsibility toward ensuring security in their state is not only ridiculous it also call to question your level of reasoning. If you need the constitution to deduce something as simple I rest my case. There is no point going further with you.

          • endingNaija

I put it to you that Police commisioner Mbu took orders from Patience Jonathan over and above the head of the elected Governor of the state-Mr. Amaechi. Deny this mumu. You caused all these problems, you went all over the place destroying Nigerian institutions using OIL money just because you want your Ijaw man re-elected. After knocking down and destroying Nigerian institutions, the chickens have come home to roost, you start blaming the governors. When your Ijaw president took all the powers away from Governors, just so that he can rig anywhere , he did not know that this would happen? What was he the Ijaw president thinking then? Bloody opportunists and hopelessly corrupt president who thinks all he needs to do to win is to weaken ALL Nigerian institutions. Chickens don come home to roost now , he is passing the blames to those he undermined. Carry the cross-you are the president and C in C, you Ijaws are in govt and in power with your Ijaw president -deal with it.

I know you are the New media adviser to President Jonathan . And your name is Pastor Reno Wendel Omokri. The question I want to ask you is this: In Rivers state why did the then Police Commissioner take orders from Mrs Patience Jonathan -THE WIFE OF PRESIDENT JONATHAN-rather than take orders from Governor Amaechi on security issues in Rivers state? Aboki na Tawanda incommunicado na Reno Omokri na oleku na otile na the truth, after you answer that question come back and show us which part of the Nigerian constitution give powers over security in the states? But you know. You have a design. And the reason is CLEAR . Why? Reno Omokri Under one the names you use to make your dubious and evil posts-(that name is “the truth”) you said yesterday that there will be high profile arrest following the bombing!!! if you are an innocent commentator and not an ASO ROCK and Jonathan OPERATIVE how did you know writing as “Mr. the truth” yesterday that there will be high profile arrest? It is ONLY security people and politician LIKE YOU who know of the inner workings of state apparatus. So Reno Omokri writing under “the truth” how did you know that there will be “high profile arrest”? Does it mean the bombing of Kano is the work of your (PDP and President Jonathan ) inner network and you (PDP and President Jonathan) will then follow it up with “high profile arrest”? Please kindly let us know aboki na the truth na Reno Omokri.

      • Aboki

Fa fa fa foul. You missed it this time. You misfired big time. Every one who has a different opinion must be Jona fan or Reno Okri. You are nothing but the usual APC e-rat working hard to do the usual. Media propaganda and opinion spinning is your schedule so keep doing your job or else egunje from bourdilion will cease flowing. Fashola is in firm control of security arrangement in Lagos. He is always on top of things because of his sagacity in playing smart politics not some guy called Kwankwaso who can’t even organize his state yet want to be Mr President. Fashola belongs to opposition party but he is always able to get federal establishments to work for the good of his people. That is what you call politics with sense and without bitterness. Kwankwaso is exact opposite. Zero upstairs.

        • endingNaija

Pastor Omokri na Aboki na the truth, can you please answer my questions? Why did police commissioner Mbu take orders from Mrs. Patience Jonathan over and above Governor Amaechi in Rivers state? Who is the Commander in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria-President Jonathan or state governors? Which part of the constitution gives state governor powers over security? Even in ordinary civil security matters who does a police commissioner report to -the Inspector General of Police or state governor? Aboki na Omokri na the truth, please answer. This is not rocket science. It is common sense. Answer. And anyway you said yesterday thru one of your names that there will be “high profile arrest”-please deny this.

Do you also want to tell us why the other Pastor’s private jet-(Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor -of CAN) was used to smuggle $9.3m to south africa to buy arms? Our President Jonathan visits Israel regularly to “pray” and each time our President goes to Israel to “pray” he goes with Pastor Oritsejafor. I guess my question is: Given our President’s close link with Israel, is that why an Israeli citizen -Mr. Mesika- the arms dealers was also part of the arms deal that involved the use OF THE PRIVATE JET OF PASTOR AYO ORITSEJAFOR OF THE CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA? Why dont we know till today the names of the other two Nigerians involved in the $9.3m dollar cash for arms deal? if we are living in a law and order society should your party PDP and the President have informed Nigerians? Just asking Pastor Reno Omokri na Aboki na the truth.

I guess the oil man thinks that all he needs to do is distribute barrels of the “sweet oil” “in my backyard” and everyone will start jumping up and down. You are all criminals and dubious. Who is the Commander in Chief? He is your Ijaw president. We employ and pay your Ijaw President to defend Nigeria. Rather than do this he goes to israel every other hour to “pray”. He even went there once with the the aviation thief Stell oduah to “pray” -See? You are all dubious people. A so-called Commander in Chief who cannot defend his country knows what to do. Over to you Reno Omokr-mumu.

I do not like most of the ways GEJ operates, but that will not make me excited about some of the utterly corrupt names that keep popping up in APC! I hope you are mentally stability? Everyone with a contrary veiw is reno?? Nawa o.

WHO FUNDED BOKO HARAM FROM CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA?

“The question on the lips of Nigerians is: who is this person? What is so special about him that he cannot
even be named? Why can’t he be brought out for the public to see the person who has helped in sending
thousands of Nigerians to their early graves while the nation is faced with the greatest threat to her unity since
the Nigerian civil war nearly fifty years ago?”

“Nigeria’s Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka has added his voice to this allegation,
affirming that his own independent inquiries showed that the same individual is indeed culpable.
He went on to say that the name of the person has been made available to the highest authority in the land.”

“Although the very thought that an individual in the top echelon of Nigeria’s ultimate Bank and regulator
      of the financial system
will become a bank-roller of our enemy (Boko Haram), yet it is only such a
high-level conspiracy that can make Boko Haram to grow into the monster it has become. When this fellow
is identified, tried, and, convicted, we will expect him to face the full wrath of the law.”

THE DUO WHO DISGRACED PRESIDENT JONATHAN IN PUBLIC

“No president in the history of the country has suffered this much bashing in the media.
Reuben Abati and Doyin Okupe are clueless about what to do to positively project the
president (Jonathan). They are simply reactionaries. All they mainly do is wait
for APC’s Lai Mohammed to say something and then respond with a press
statement. When you call these guys (Reuben Abati and Doyin Okupe) they won’t
pick their calls. They don’t respond to text messages. Abati and Okupe are
simply doing overtime. I hope the president will not enter the new year with
this excess luggage (of media and public affairs damagers).”

Oh, quit worrying! Their hungry mouths led them astray. Never mind.
Abati and Okupe will soon undergo enhanced interrogation for divestment
of all illicitly-acquired properties in office under a country-cleansing process.

Anyone deceiving himself now that religion does not matter will find himself looking for a gun,

in self-defence, very soon. Islamism is dangerous. Islamism is violent. It is to be avoided.

So far, Nigerians have seen just one type of virulent Islamism by Boko Haram beheading

Nigerian soldiers and air-force men. But that is not the only type.

There are worse versions of Islamism coming to your neighbourhood soon.

Forget Yoruba Christians! It will take the beheading of an Arch-Bishop to
make Yoruba Christians begin to suspect Islamic Jihad. The Christians in Lagos
state are not it – no sense, no awareness, no enlightenment. Their Pastors are
like them. Can you imagine Christians monopolizing the post of governor in
Lagos state for 16 years running with full support by Lagos Muslim Alfas?
        Impossible!

But Christian Pastors are always excited to wave brooms like lunatics
in the afternoon behind Islamic Jihadists. The APC Islamis is bare-faced.
APC Islamism in Parliament is not hidden. There is Alhaja Abike-Dabiri. Then,
you have Alhaji Femi Gbajabiamila. Followed by Alhaji Ashafa. And so on and so
forth. Not only that O! Lagos Muslims simultaneously monopolize both the post
of attorney-general and Speaker of Lagos state House of Assembly since 2003.
Can I go on? Please stop worrying about Lagos Christians – they are too daft.

Reno Omokri- writing on behalf of PDP and President Jonathan campaign organization-how are you.? You continue to change your names. I will follow you wherever you go. Continue to change your name, And I will continue to expose you. Reno Wendel Omokri na the truth na abujakenneth na oleku na otile na Ireti Olasope na Deacon Ademilure na Aboki na mani_kay na mpitikwelu na peter 2000 na Gideon Orkar na Goodluck_Nigeria na Temmie na Aduba. I even notice that you have increased the repertoire of Nigerian names-from Yoruba to Igbo , to hausa sounding names so that you have the Nigerian fable “quota” and “spread”. For some you even input Indigbo something. For others you added “Deacon” all to show a ‘spread”. Continue to deceive yourself. The Ijaw President-Goodluck Jonathan is the Commander in Chief. Tell me something-this Commander in Chief sent 70,000 soldiers to intimidate Osun/Ekiti voters during their Gubernatorial elections and the same Commander in Chief sent 20,000 soldiers to Yobe/Adamawa/Borno to fight terrorism. Who is deceiving Who? Reno Omokri is the adviser to Goodluck Jonathan on New Media-he creates all these names. You must be dubious you a bloody criminal and should be tried.

Anyone who condemns Islamic violence is subject to a round of abuse by a group of
Yoruba APC minions. If insults could kill many of us would have perished
at the hands of Yoruba APC group. They continue drumming the same
slang, phrases, ideas, innuendo, lies, and falsehood over and over
again. Sometime when they band together to attack us it feels like a
swam of bees. On their own side the mob will be rejoicing praising one
another, voting for themselves with complementary accolades. Some of
their important codes are: clown, clown prince, moron, e-rat, imbecile,
and all manners of derogatory phrases about their enemies brains.

    This
band of losers should be ignored. Many of them have the portrait
of Imam Buhari as their national emblem. But now that their paymaster
Ebola Tinubu has debunked Imam Buhari in favor of shameless defector
Imam Tambuwal let’s see whether they are going to change their flags.
One thing in common with this group is their identity crisis. Some men
among them claim to be women, some Yorubas claim to be Igbo, some devout
moslems claim to be Christian. But we know them all.

Can you people (essayists, historians or whoever the hell you are) simplify and use modern English in your essays, this essay is full of jargons and self-praise statements that amount to nothing; it is boring, unintellectual and blurry. Who give a damn about who is first or last, I know who is my siblings, and what is the benefit of all this shouting and yelling about position in history. There are many critical issues to discuss in plain language in these modern age than sinking in the unclear history.
