Following the death of at least 20 applicants in last Saturday’s Nigerian Immigration Service, NIS, recruitment examination, the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA) in collaboration Premium Times, Say No Campaign, and Berekete Family Radio is organizing a “tweetup” today at 4:00 p.m. to discuss its implications and lessons learnt.
The “tweetup”, will feature the Chairman of the Nigerian Human rights Commission, Chidi Odinkalu; former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili; renowned columnist, Jibrin Ibrahim; blogger, Japheth Omojuwa; and activist, Samson Itodo.
