“Capt. Muhktar Usman (Commissioner, Accident Investigation & Prevention Bureau, AIPB) to replace Capt. Fola C. Akinkuotu as Director-General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) subject to confirmation by the Senate. Engr. Benedict Adeyileka is to act as DG, NCAA pending the confirmation by the Senate”

With this statement, Capt. Akinkutolu is relieved of his position with immediate effect; I welcome that decision; he was the one defending the indefensible; going after the whistle-blower of Oduah gate, as at that time, he just became the DG of NCAA, Stella Oduah stalled his confirmation in the senate for several months to allow her and her thieving cronies complete their used car purchase for $1.6 m.
When he came in as the new DG, he probably knew what was going on in the compartment of that department, but he went after the whistle -blower, that action shows that hes a corrupt guy as well.
he has to go. N’digbo, I’m not taking this position because Capt. Akinkutolu is from SE. he is a Yoruba guy.
