Bauchi Governor, Yuguda, reverses self on Northern Governors’ Forum

Mr. Yuguda had vowed never to attend the northern governors meeting.

The Bauchi State Governor, Isa Yuguda, has rescinded his decision to withdraw from the Northern States Governors Forum, NSGF.

Mr. Yuguda’s Chief of Staff, Yusuf Gumbi, said this to journalists on Tuesday at a press conference in Bauchi.

Mr. Yuguda had, following the controversy that greeted the Nigeria Governors Forum election in May, vowed never to attend a meeting of the NSGF; whose leadership he claimed betrayed Governor Jonah Jang of Plateau.

    Kwankwaso has said it; never take a decision when you are angry. Will kwankwasiyya school of politics mark his script and let us know whether he has passed the elementary level of politics. If he has please send him to Minna for the Chief Servant to interview him and then to the lion of Wammako at Sokoto to extract an unreserved apology and eastwards to the comrate gov of Jigawa to obtain an undertaking to be of good behaviour from now on.
