Ferrari joins Dubai Police Patrol fleet
The Dubai Police authorities have unveiled a Ferrari as the latest addition to its fleet of patrol vehicles.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Police, Dhahi Khalfan Al Tamim, confirmed the addition on Wednesday, one week after the organization tweeted about the plans.
Images released by the police in Dubai shows the addition is an FF with a powerful V12 engine. The FF can attain the speed of 100km per hour in 3.7 seconds and cost N38.77 million.
The Dubai police is famous for patrol cars you just may find difficult to outrun.
The week before, Dubai Police unveiled the Lamborghini Aventador patrol car. Its images went viral online.
The Lamborghini Aventador came one month after the Dubai Police confirmed a patrol Chevrolet Camaro, with images of its two-door prototype also released online.
The authorities said the sport cars were built according to Dubai Police specifications and “will help to facilitate policing on highways.”
