please, can somebody help me out of my ignorance. in crime and detective channels, we see police officers going after criminals who escaped into thick jungles and forests with sniffer dogs and helicopters, and would be in hot chase and pursuit of these criminals for days until they are apprehended.
in nigeria, armed robbers, hodlums and terrorists attack and we are told that they have escaped. and rather than pursuing them, the police and the military will return to base. what is happening in this country? cant the armed forces mobilize and give these killers a fight even for once? the security agencies know full well that these bandits hide outs in the long forest and hills but are afraid to go after them. the government should please restrategise. nigeria has shed so much innocent blood and our leaders should please put a stop to this. our security agencies must be proactive and go after these bandits, flush them out and hand them over to the courts for prosecution. God bless nigeria
