The accidents occurred in Kogi.
At least two people were killed on Sunday afternoon when two vehicles crashed at Magajiya, on Koton Karfe -Lokoja road in Kogi State, the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, has said.
The two vehicles are a Toyota Camry with registration number FD 845 EKY and a Toyota Hiace. With registration number AE 122 TFA
The Corps said the dead includes one male and one female while the injured also includes one male and one female.
“Corpses deposited at Ankuri Hospital, Lokoja. The injured were taken to the Specialist Hospital, Lokoja,” the FRSC said on its twitter handle.
The Corps also said another crash occurred at Orehi, km 13 on Koton Karfe -Abaji road causing two injuries but no death.
The crash involved a Space Runner Mitsubishi with registration number KTU 521 AZ and a motorcycle with registration number AUC 503 QB.
It said 13 people, including three children, were involved in the accident with only two male adults injured .
“Injured taken to Ideal Hospital, Koton Karfi and roads cleared of obstruction,” the FRSC said.
