Mr. Wada’s ADC died in an accident also involving the governor.
The remains of Kogi State Governor, Idris Wada’s Aide-De-Camp,Idris Mohammed, who was involved in an auto crash alongside the Governor has been buried in his home town, Zaria, Kaduna State, Saturday.
The crash occurred at Emi Woro village along Ajaokuta-Lokoja highway,
The 42-year-old is survived by a wife, five children and his aged mother, Amina Mohammed
The late ADC was an old student of Alhudahuda College, Zaria where he obtained Secondary certificate, and a National Diploma from Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria.
Mr. Mohammed later enlisted into the Police Academy, Wudil, Kano state for Cadet Inspector Course.
After his promotion to the rank of ASP, he was posted to Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC, where he worked with the current Chairman of the Commission when the latter was the head of operations.
Mr. Mohammed was deployed to work with the Governor as his ADC eight months ago.
One of the deceased’s relations,Usman Usman described him as “quiet, humble and caring”.
He said the family received the news of the death of the ADC with shock, adding that it was an act of God which could not be contested by anybody.
