The judge will rule in two weeks on whether the Dana inquest should continue.
A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has fixed September 28 for ruling in a suit seeking to stop a Lagos Coroner’s inquest into the Dana plane crash.
A group, Civil Aviation Round Table Initiative, had gone to court seeking to stop the Lagos Coroner from investigating the cause of the June 3, 2012, air crash which caused the death of over 150 people.
Dana Air also joined the applicant in seeking to stop the inquest.
While fixing the date, Justice Okon Abang, Thursday, turned down applications from both Lanre Adeniyi and Olisa Agbakoba Chambers who had applied to join the suit.
