Authorities say there has been “multiple fatalities” in a shooting in a commercial district in Orlando, Florida on Monday.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department tweeted that deputies were at a “shooting scene that has stabilized” with the situation “contained.”
Orlando was the scene of a massacre on June 12, 2016, when a gunman vowing allegiance to the Islamic State movement killed 49 people in a gay nightclub.
