Popular Fuji musician, Wasiu Alabi popularly known as Pasuma, has joined the league of top artistes who have jumped on the trending ‘Fvck You’ challenge.
The challenge is a hit diss track by Kiss Daniel which is currently gaining traction on social media.
Pasuma, who has been consistently flirting with the Pop/Hip-hop community in a bid to appeal to the young non-Fuji fans, dropped his cover on Wednesday.
His cover of the track took his fans by surprise, mainly because of the Fuji spin he added to the song.
The ace singer saluted Kiss Daniel’s efforts and stressed that his version of the song was done based on his fans’ request.
“I don’t usually do this, haven’t jumped on any track of musicians, but my fans both home and abroad didn’t allow me to rest about dis, so now rate my fuji version over 100%, ” he wrote on Instagram.
The 51-year-old singer, who recently featured Davido on his latest crossover attempt, ‘Amen’, also promised to release more contemporary songs with a touch of Fuji.
Meanwhile, the likes of Falz, Tiwa Savage, Sarkodie, Lil Kesh, Ice Prince, Sound Sultan, Skiibii, have also sent in their entry for the challenge.
The explicit song is basically a comeback at a woman who cheats on her partner.
Apple Music currently rates F**k You by Kiss Daniel as the most played song in Nigeria.
