Juju maestro, King Sunny Ade, is set to thrill his teeming fans with what he has described as a performance of a lifetime.

KSA, who turned 70 recently, shows no signs of slowing down just yet.

Organised by leading talent agency and event firm, Temple Management Company, the show, which will hold in Lagos in December, will mark the 50-year coronation of KSA as the “King” of Nigerian music.

In addition, it will feature an array of top local and international entertainers and also double as a climax of his 70th birthday celebrations.

Speaking on the forthcoming concert, KSA, said, “You can call this concert one of the biggest of my music career. I am looking forward to giving my fans the best performance of my life.”

He added, “I have been around the industry long enough to realise that the guys at Temple Management Company are the best at what they do. I am very pleased to work with them to put together a befitting 70th birthday concert for me”.

Away from activities lined up for the concert, PREMIUM TIMES also had a quick chat with the award-winning artiste on his eventful career.

On his staying power, he notes, “I thank God for His mercies and for making me what I am today. With all sincerity, I will say I have it all, as there is nothing I have not achieved to date. I am always inspired to do more when I see people savouring and dancing to my music. Good music is always my stimulant. I am sometimes stressed after performing at a show but my love for my job energizes me”.
