Popular Kannywood singer, Suleiman Sukus, has said that he was featuring Kannywood big names, Adam Zango and Sani Danja, in his new music album because they had been instrumental to his career progress.
Sukus, a former soldier, is celebrated in Kannywood for his martial-style, military-themed music.
He spoke to PREMIUM TIMES in Abuja yesterday on his upcoming album.
“My next album is going to be talk of the town. It is an album that I am proud of, even though I am still working on it.
“I am going to feature Kannywood’s most venerated celebrities, entertainers and singers, Sani Danja and Adam Zango in it.
“If I say I want to talk about Adam Zango and Sani Danja, I will keep talking till tomorrow.
“But to cut it short, Zango has always helped me in terms of technical collaboration to the extent that he abandons his personal engagements to be with me and make sure I succeed,” Sukus said.
Sukus further said Zango had agreed to be part of making and producing his new album from beginning to the end without any incentives or commitment.
“We have together produced the first debut single title ‘Tuwo’ which is out last week and shaking the music industry in the Kannywood.
“Sani Danja is more than just a colleague but a mentor. He has supported in linking me up with people that have made my life and career a success,” Sukus said.
He said as he was currently featuring the duo in his next album, Zango and Danja too are currently doing same to show support to him.
On why he stayed long without having another album since his kick-starter album in 2012, Sukus said he was engaged in other activities.
