The American-Nigerian rapper, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, popularly known as Wale, was reported to have punched a guy in the face at a World Wrestling Entertainment, WWE, event in Washington D.C. on the night of March 31.

According to TMZ, a witness, Jawn Murray, claims Wale was sitting right behind the announcers enjoying the show when a fan seated nearby began taunting the rapper. The witness said that Wale eventually got out of his seat and punched the fan.

“The next thing I know, Wale is putting the smack down on dude. Punched him dead in his face. It was a full fight,” Murray said.
