Chocolate City Vs Brymo: Court case continues February 26

Brymo was first served court papers on December 10, 2013.

After the public holiday which stopped the hearing of the case between Chocolate City limited and musician, Brymo, on January 14, PREMIUMTIMES has gathered that the case will now come up on February 26 before Justice Bubba at the Federal High Court in Lagos.

PREMIUM TIMES had reported that Brymo, having been served court papers, would appear in court. His manager, Lanre Lawal, who spoke with PREMIUM TIMES, confirmed this.

“Yes Brymo was served on December 10. He’ll appear in court,” Lawal said.

The legal battle between Chocolate city limited and Brymo began on Monday, November 11, 2013 and has been adjourned twice – December 5 and January 14.

Chocolate City, the Audu Maikori led record company, is suing the singer for alleged breach of contract. Brymo was formerly a singer with Chocolate city.
