Nigerian Minister, Musa Sada, marries third wife

The minister took his third wife in a quiet ceremony attended by a few friends and colleagues.

While Nigerians were busy preparing for the Yuletide, the Minister of Mines and Steel, Musa Mohammed Sada, quietly took a third wife in a ceremony in Kaduna on Friday.

Mr. Sada, who is also the supervising Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, performed the wedding Fathia in Zagon Daura Mosque located in Kawu area of Kaduna Metropolis.

Although the name of the bride could not be ascertained, a source from Kaduna told PREMIUM TIMES that the latest wedding was the third marriage of the minister.

He said the wedding ceremony started shortly after the Jumaat prayers and was attended by eminent personalities within and outside Kaduna.

“The wedding ceremony took place in Kawu at the Zagon Daura mosque shortly after the Jumaat prayers.

“It was a quiet ceremony and was attended by a few friends and colleagues of the honourable minister.”

The source named some of the personalities present at the weeding to include former President, Ibrahim Babangida, former National Security Adviser, NSA, Ali Gusau, among others.

Mr. Sada was born on February 25, 1957 in Mina town, Katsina State and studied Architecture at the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

Before his appointment as minister by President Goodluck Jonathan in July 2011, he lectured at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State.

When PREMIUM TIMES contacted the minister’s chief press secretary, Marshall Gundu, for comments, he declined to speak on the issue
