Kannywood to release first science fiction movie ‘ADUNIYA’

Ibrahim Maishinku is the lead actor in the movie.

The first science fiction film in the Hausa movie industry, Kannywood, will soon be released, PREMIUM TIMES has learnt.

The action hero movie, which is full of special effects, is set to be released in the coming months, with the trailer released last week.

Kannywood’s Mr. Handsome, Ibrahim Maishinku, features as the lead actor in the action-hero movie; and can be seen flying into the sky in a particularly scene.

The movie apparently tries to imitate Hollywood movies, Matrix and Mission Impossible, with some of its scenes.

Bello Mohammed Bello, who was also part of movie production, described the film as first of its kind in kannywood.
