Sheifunmi to be unveiled as V-Channel presenter

The popular blogger hosted Ruggedman at weekly ‘Celebrity Night Out’ at Troy Lounge.

Celebrity blogger, TV, and radio personality, Sheifunmi Yusuf, is set to be unveiled as a one of “the fresh, hot and young presenters’ of the new entertainment channel, V-channel, on Startimes.

Sheifunmi, who runs a gossip blog, is set to join the likes of Anabel, Papasam, April, Chemistboy, Bridget, Jude, and Oyinda on the cable station.

Shei, as he is popularly called by his fans, is best known for covering celebrity gossip on his popular blog, Sheifunmi.net. He has
also interviewed Hollywood celebrities such as Perez Hilton and Nigerian stars.

He, was the official live feed blogger for the MTV Music Awards 2010, HipHop World Awards 2010/2012 and the Social Media Officer/On Air personality for Nigerian Idol Diaries. He has garnered numerous media support and acknowledgement for his works from MTV, Perez Hilton, Abiola Abrams (BET), BBC 1 Xtra and many more.

“Entertainment is my life. I eat, drink and live entertainment. I am excited to be a part of the V-Channel crew. Together, we are going to transform the entertainment world by delivering a variety of rewarding experiences to our TV audience and engaging them in a more meaningful way than ever before. We are set to change the game,” he said.

VChannels recently hosted popular rapper, Ruggedman (real name, Michael Stephens) on its weekly Celebrity Night Out party at Troy
Lounge, Ogba Lagos last Friday.

Ruggedman partied the night away with attention-grabbing dance moves, amidst cheers from all in attendance. There were music performances, comedy acts and dance routines, much to the delight of the crowd.

There was also a “hot seat” session, were various questions were thrown at the rapper, which he answered freely.
