Nollywood actor, Pete Eneh, is dead

The actor died on Thursday afternoon.

A veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Eneh, has passed on barely a month after one of his legs was amputated due to an improperly treated leg infection which doctors said could cost him his life.

The actor, famous for his fatherly role, passed on at exactly 1.30p.m. on Thursday at the Enugu State Teaching Hospital. His death was confirmed by the Special Assistant to the Enugu State Governor on Media, Afam Okereke, who is also an actor.

Fondly called Pat Eneh, the veteran has featured in several life lesson-packed movies.

The President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Ibinabo Fiberesima, has promised to provide more information on Mr. Eneh’s death.

Pete Eneh has featured in several Nollywood movies including Lonely life (2006), Divided Kingdom (2005), Price of Ignorance (2005), Heavy Rain (2004), By his grace (2003), Naomi (2003), and Not Your Wealth (1999).
