Oshiomhole starts second term of office.
The Chief Judge of the State, Cromwell Idahosa, administered the oath on the governor and his deputy, Pius Odubu.
The governor pledged to rededicate himself to the development of the state and to give tertiary education a big boost.

Mr. Oshiomhole also paid tribute to his late wife, Clara, his assassinated principal private secretary, Olaitan Oyerinde, and four journalists who died in his campaign trip.
Others were business tycoon, Aliko Dangote; the National Chairman of the Action Congress of Nigeria, Bisi Akande; the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Abdulwaheed Omar; and a former Minister of Defence, Godwin Abbe.
