Kelechi Iheanacho’s Manchester City as well as the Chelsea duo of Victor Moses and Mikel Obi were Wednesday night handed tricky derby clashes in the EFL Cup Fourth-Round draws.
Iheanacho has another Manchester derby looming as Man City were pitched against fierce rivals United.
On their part, it will be a West London derby as Chelsea were pitched against neighbours, West Ham United.
Iheanacho and his Manchester City teammates booked a ticket to the Fourth Round of the EFL Cup after edging Swansea City 2-1 at the Liberty Stadium on Wednesday night.
The Nigerian youngster was caged against Swansea as the Citizens relied on goals from Alex Gracia and Gael Clichy to pull through.
As already stated, Jose Mourinho’s men who secured their spot in the last 16 with a 3-1 win over Northampton Town will be at home at the Old Trafford.
Iheanacho scored a goal and provided an assist in the first Manchester derby of the season weeks back.
For Chelsea, Mikel and Moses will be playing away to West Ham at the Olympic Stadium. To make it to this stage the Blues edged out reigning league champions, Leicester City, 4-2.
