Emir of Kano to Buhari: Your government may end up like Jonathan’s

Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II
Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II

The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi, has warned President Muhammadu Buhari to avoid repeating the mistakes made by former President Goodluck Jonathan so his administration does not end up in infamy like that of his predecessor.

The former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria also warned the government against continuing to blame previous administrations for the nation’s woes, saying what was important was for the administration to concentrate on putting the nation back on the path of progress.

The emir gave the warning on Wednesday while delivering a paper entitled, “Nigeria In Search Of New Growth model” at the 15th meeting of the Joint Planning Board and National Council on Development Planning.

Mr. Buhari succeeded Mr. Jonathan on May 29, 2015.

“If this government continues to behave the way the last government behaved, we will end up where Jonathan ended,” the former CBN governor said. “You may not like it but that is the truth. You have to listen.

“You don’t have to be an economist to know that any system that allows you to sit in your garden, and with a telephone call, make one billion naira without investing a kobo, that system is wrong. It is unsustainable.

“And just so we are not always blaming the previous administration. We have also made mistakes in this administration. We have started retracing our steps or we have to retrace those steps.

“And if we fall into the same holes that we fell into the last time where the government is always right… If a policy is wrong, it is wrong. Nothing will make it right and it has to be changed.”

Mr. Sanusi said there were many voodoo economists parading around the administration and advising the government.

“And many of them are not economists,” the Emir said. “They are demagogues.”

“Look, I’m not going to change. I am never going to be political. I will never tell people what they like to hear. There is nothing we are facing today that we did not know will happen. That is the truth. We made mistakes, many of them deliberate. We ignored every single warning.

“If you take a brand new car, and give a driver who doesn’t have a license to drive it and you have an accident, you really can’t say you are surprised unless you are some kind of idiot.”

The Emir said he would like to know those advising the present government so he could talk to the advisers themselves.

Mr. Sanusi blamed past federal administrations for failing to diversify the nation’s economy during the oil boom, saying Mr. Buhari should not make the same mistakes.

He specifically accused Mr. Jonathan of refusing advice given to him on how to turn the economy around.

Warnings of impending economic doom were also ignored by the former president, Mr. Sanusi said.

The traditional ruler expressed concern that the Buhari administration was toeing the same path like the Jonathan government.

“In a situation where we cannot process tomato. Tomato paste is being imported from China. It is sad,” he said.

He said there was urgent need for the country to return to the drawing board on the deepening and expansion of the economy.

“If we do not expand the economy through wise investment, we can end up in classical Malthusian situation,” he said.

Mr. Sanusi restated his support for the removal of subsidy on petroleum products, saying only a few people were reaping from the system to achieve their selfish ends.

Finally his brothers have started telling him the painful truth. At the rate Buhari is going, he will end up in the dust bin of history as the worst Nigerian president ever. He is completely devoid of basic intelligence. A man who ran so many times to become president finds himself on the throne and is completely blank. No ideas, no plan, no strategy. Certainly blaming Jonathan and the EFCC cannot be the only plan to move Nigeria forward.

    • Mallam

The comments by some are out of point and does not commensurate the subject matter.
Otile types would never see anything good from a Muslim or Northerners as the hatred is inbuilt and the virus cancerous inform of disease. Instead of discussing issues as the case may be they always resolved abuses and names calling thinking that they holds the monopoly of that. The Hangover of 2015 Elections is still in them may be till eternity.

This is a totally different speech by Emir Sanusi from those published by other news outlets, where una get dis from?

There wouldn’t be anything near this kind of hardship on Nigeria today ,if not because of buharis malicious body language and discrimination against some sections and people of Nigeria simply because of their tribe ,faith and political leaning .was buharis malicious leadership and hate controlled body language that made buhari to surround himself with mental dwarfs, bewitched free education products suffering from acute laziness of the minds and bones syndromes and hollow minded almajiri imbeciles as his kitchen cabinet and economic management teams ,while those blessed and gifted for a time like this ,(the joseph generations) are left out and branded as 5%.
Buhari is a curse to Nigeria nation, buhari has very negative aura, buhari has a very negative malicious spirit.
It is not a coincidence that the two times that buhari ascended to power,Nigerians mourned. The holy book says that when the wicked is on the throne, the nation will mourn.
No matter the malicious after thought being peddled by shameless children of Judas generation and Nigerian Cretans to defend their malicious error of judgment ,imposing buhari has become a national calamity and great tribulations on Nigeria, buhari can never give what he don’t have.buhari have no capacity, mentalities, mindset or positive aura to lead Nigeria to any good part. Even God is against buharis presidency and that’s why all the stories about this man shall continue to be nightmare ,pain and sorrow to the people of Nigeria.
May God remember his mercies for Nigeria and deliver Nigeria before it is too late for the people of Nigeria.
Those making excuses for buharis malicious destruction of Nigeria are evil, satanic, shameless, wicked etc to say the least.may God reward them and their generations according to their evil works. Amen

Come up with fact and figures if you are truthful!

      • Truth Justice Equity

Hamza ,please respond to these facts and figures ,if for 16 years of mismanagement of PDP,Nigerians bought fuel at the highest price of 86 and rice at 7 k and became the biggest economy of Africa and built a lot of infrastructures and dollar was most high at 200 ,mind you that PDP took over when oil was $11 per barrel in 1999 ,but buhari told nigerians that they were suffering and promised to make dollars equal to naira and secure Nigeria and wipe away poverty. and 15 months into his leadership, the same rice sold at 7 k is now 20k,dollars is now 400k,economy shrinked from 580b dollars to 250 ,PMS from 86 to 145 ,NSE cap lost about 4 trillion naira etc and Nigerians are now trading their children for food.don’t you think that buhari is a big deceiver and a curse to Nigeria. don’t you think that buhari is not a Messiah but a deceitful killer.

        • Meng Mariam, (Colonel)

Actually the indices you just provided for the current administration represents he “changi” they promised Nigerians: 7k to 20k, 200 naira to 400 naira and still climbing, 580b dollars to 250b dollars and still coming down, 86 to 145 and to crown it all, the NSE lost 4 trillion naira. Significant changis as far as I am “consined”.There are more changis on the way. Just be patient.

John Kerry, the US Secretary of State told Buhari yesterday that he was doing very well, and that the US is behind him. Now Sanusi is telling Buhari that the end is near for him, calling Buhari an incompetent president in veiled words. Buhari had yesterday also thanked the US for facilitating his ascendency to office. We will await his response to Sanusi. Let us not forget that Sanusi had told us last year, that Buhari was very capable of running the country, and that he has what it takes to turn the economy around.

  • askaname

I praise the Emir’s for his honesty and candidness. He is the only one of all the Nigeria elites that has told Buhari the truth. All the rest from Oshiomole to OBJ to Jonah to Soyinka to Gowon to Fr Mbaka are telling Buhari what he wants to hear, so they can gain some favor.

    • Man_Enough

what is candid about his speech which is nothing but generalization. he could not even name one ‘voodoo economist’

  • Ogom

direct frontal assault from the emir.. Very nice 🙂
Someone needed to tell the emperor he is indeed naked.

    • Otile

Do you think Buhari is going to hear any good advice, is he not deaf?

      • Ogom

Well, someone has to say something. OBJ, Abdusallam, Soyinka and Gowan met privately with Buhari recently.

Sanusi has taken a different route and it’s all good. We keep going like this and send the man back to Daura in 2019 if he doesn’t hear word.

Beside Wole Soyinka who means well for Nigeria all those coup plotters ran Nigeria into the ditch each time they ruled. Each of them murdered more people than Buhari is murdering this time around. In short, they are in no position to give Buhari good advice, they want to curry favor with him so that he will not have the urge to probe and expose them.

          • Gabriel Olasebikan

Who told you “Wole Soyinka who means well for Nigeria”? I bet my life,Wole went to see PMB over being given the mandate to negotiate with NDA on behalf of the FG for a fee. I bet my life on this.

You see this is part of the reason other developed countries see us wasting our time discussing on triviality while leaving the main crux of fixing our dear country. Instead of constructive criticisms people waste their energies on insults & divisions instead of seeing the big picture. Elections will come and go and sadly,we will still remain in the quagmire.

          • tunde

Very well put.It can’t be better!

    • nigerianunity

You want them to do the job of suppressing freedom of speech which inadvertently is the foundations upon which their brand of journalism is founded. By implication, they should resort to self censorship. Such a report from Sanusi which indicts Buhari on his yeoman’s man job of destroying the economy like a bull in a china shop should not be tolerated. You can move to North Korea or one of the repressive middle eastern countries if you are so bitter about people saying what they want. If you are allowed, you will resurrect decree 4. People like you should not exist in democratic environments because you subscribe to values that are opposed to absolute liberty.

      • Galantman

Zero over ten. You amazed me by your response. So insults , deliberate , intentional and bare faced bigotry, insults and blackmail amounts to suppression of freedom of expression? • Opekete

You need clinical mind to analyse and comprehend the statement of Sanusi. Inherent prejudice in some people based on ethnic prejudice has jaundiced their perception of reality. Sanusi did not condemn Buhari in his statement. He only warn of possible derailment and some people he perceived as voodoo economist around the president. I believe that government is a dynamic institution and it is susceptible to constant change and restructuring. However, what I expect to hear from Sanusi was that there is inherent faulty political structure that will never make the country to work and function optimally except the nation is restructured. The absurd statement of the president that the unity of Nigeria is not negotiable defiles common sense. Leaders are elected to listen to the masses not to cage their thought and subjugate them. If the masses is clamouring for restructuring, why don’t you put it up for plebiscite and let the popular will of the people prevail. A leader is elected not because he or she is the smartest in the room, it is because people put their trust in him or her to listen to them whenever they need someone to listen. The time to restructure Nigeria is now for faster growth and development. Period.

      • Arabakpura

Opekete Mpe; you hit the head on the nail! How would the restructuring begin?

      @Bigot Olarenwaju…
Live with the truth the Emir is saying and leave Ndigbo out of your predicament.
This is what the honest and outspken Emir Sanusi means:
Driver with new car… VP Osibanjo (Head, Economic Mgmt Team)
Conductor with roadside Diploma… Kalamity Kemi (Minister of Finance)
Roadside Mechanic with law degree… Odo Udoma (Minister of Nat’l Pkanning/BO)
Roadside Vulcanizer with accounting degree… Babatunde Fowler (MD, FIRS)
Chief Economic Adviser/Party Chieftain: Alhj. Baron Bola Tinubu (The Asunmowaju of Druglords)

So, as you can see, there is no Igbo man in the picture. It was Yoro noise about 97% and 5% and calling Ndigbo “Wailing Wailers” that misled President Buhari into not scouting for real technocrats to manage Nigeria’s economy. Osiban’s wicked advise to Buhari about punishing Ndigbo by freezing forex which Igbo importers depend on backfired when it hit the manufacturing sector and aviation hardest… Investors fled Nigeria and our GDP headed south. In conslusion, Yoruba hatred of Ndigbo (as typified by your comment) is the root cause of this economic gaugmire and qucksand we are in today. It is an indictment on your incompetent people from the South West and not the SE as you ignorantly postulated. My people are as hurt by this as every other Nigerian except of course, bigots like you who will call black white and vice versa… Kalamity Kemi and this EMT are indicted, they are guilty as charged! Quote of the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany’s Frau Dr. Merkel
“Error you should learning and this one should not repeat”
Us let’s focus again on the article with the question what did

Both are or were in understanding the man just who can win
    Shows strength.
Strength has the HQ and DHQ Nigeria of Africa neither the EX – President still
the President also if you the last word in this
    Do matter.
See we have from both Presidents in Nigeria a certainly

next presidential election looks under the major leading parties.
Now I am at the PDP (hatred is one my fall in love in the management)

Who or what a structure of the offensive word in the

As long the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. Although there WILL be Islamic attacks..

    Australia — Muslim 1.5%

    Canada — Muslim 1.9%

    China — Muslim 1.8%

    Italy — Muslim 1.5%

    Norway — Muslim 1.8%

At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. There will be MORE attacks at this level

    This is happening in:

    United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7%

    Spain — Muslim 4%

    Thailand — Muslim 4.6%

From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply. There will now be a level of fear from the natural population towards muslims This is occurring in:

    France — Muslim 8%

    Sweden — Muslim 5%

    Switzerland — Muslim 4.3%

    The Netherlands — Muslim 5.5%

    Trinidad & Tobago — Muslim 5.8%

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam , with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections, in: Almost DAILY attacks in this range

    Guyana — Muslim 10%

    India — Muslim 13.4%

    Israel — Muslim 16%

    Kenya — Muslim 10%

    Russia — Muslim 15%

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

    Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:

    Bosnia — Muslim 40%

    NIGERIA– Muslim 42.8%

    Chad — Muslim 53.1%

    Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%

From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and ***ya, the tax placed on infidels, such as in:

    Albania — Muslim 70%

    Malaysia — Muslim 60.4%

    Qatar — Muslim 77.5%

    Sudan — Muslim 70%

After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in:

    Bangladesh — Muslim 83%

    Egypt — Muslim 90%

    Gaza — Muslim 98.7%

    Indonesia — Muslim 86.1%

    Iran — Muslim 98%

    Iraq — Muslim 97%

    Jordan — Muslim 92%

    Morocco — Muslim 98.7%

    Pakistan — Muslim 97%

    Palestine — Muslim 99%

    Syria — Muslim 90%

    Tajikistan — Muslim 90%

    Turkey — Muslim 99.8%

United Arab Emirates — Muslim 96%

100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of Peace. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasas are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such as in:

    Afghanistan — Muslim 100%

    Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%

    Somalia — Muslim 100%

    Yemen — Muslim 100%

Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons. Then you have TERORRISTS LIKE BOKO HARAM, FULANI HERDSMEN, SUDAN JANJAWEEDS, ISIS, TALIBAN, ..Islam with a hall pass!!!

    Editor Premium Times,

Abba Kyari is BUHARI’s Chief Adviser

Abba Kyari is officially President Muhamadu Buhari’s
Chief Adviser who must take responsibility for being so empty-headed in his
advisory role as to turn President Buhari into an awful joke in Nigeria today.

For disgracing in just 15 months a president swept into office
by naïve but popular support, Abba Kyari must count himself as worst misfit
to ever prance Aso presidential Villa as Chief Adviser. To be frank, Abba Kyari’s
claimed education is not obvious. Nothing has happened in an educated manner
under President Buhari to cause anyone to believe that Abba Kyari did his
    school examination all by himself.

If therefore the usually hypocritical Sanusi Lamido Sanusi
is saying here that he still doesn’t know who President Buhari’s advisers are,
someone should ask Sanusi Lamido if he can at least pronounce ‘Abba Kyari’
whom Dr. Junaid Muhammed two months ago aptly described as a ‘non-entity’.

  • tunde

What else is new?Nigerians have commented and showed the president the pathways out of current state of economy. But there is no magic wand that could turn economy overnight and since there are no reliable data in most institutions,it is arduous to make accurate prediction when the situation will get better.
All people will rely on are the groundworks he is laying down for future progress of the country.

    • abodes_124

There is wealth of data on the website of the national Bureau of statistics. It makes salutary reading.

    @disqus_Gh5qeFWQYD:disqus

My brother, this President Muhamadu Buhari is the biggest mistake I made in my life for voting for him and for APC.
I will never repeat such a mistake. I blame myself. Why do I blame myself? It is because I did not vote for Obasanjo
for a good reason. General Obasanjo did not have adequate education to be president of anywhere, as Obasanjo
fled to hide in a hotel, rather than show his ignorance at a television debate with Chief Olu Falae. That was in 1999.
By refusing to vote for a dullard I took a good decision and played my role as a good citizen. But when I contradicted
my principle and went to vote for Muhamadu Buhari in 2015, I now suffer the pains with all other victims of stupidity.

    • NinjaK

This, for a change, is the most honest, truly sincere, self circumspecting reflection I have ever come across of a Nigerian in Nigeria. If only so many others could just eschew their unnecessary sentiments and just go with facts.
      Pls keep it up.

    • joe

So your mistake was not to have voted for Jonathan? Really? You are thinking about going back to THAT?????????? – “GOAT EAT YAM”, “STEALING IS NOT CORRUPTION”, “I DON’T GIVE A DAMN” “MUMBO-JUMBO-DUMBO”….? OMG!! Somebody once said Nigeria is a country of F00Ls, run by thieves.

  • abodes_124

Ahem as CBN governor Sanusi was head of the monetary policy committee. Key decisions on Monetary policy which impacted on the economy were his. He was therefore part of the ‘rot’ that he is partly blaming for our current woes.

    • Karl Imom

The central bank governor has his own limit of influence in government. He can only advise government on major issues as he already said; that the Jonathan Administration was opposed to good advise. In this administration, Buhari resisted the initiative by the Central Bank to devalue Naira, until the situation got worse. That is what he is talking about.

      • persona

But Buhari only had opinions that if the naira be devalued, we wont benefit since we don’t produce to earn the dollar…guess what, he was right. The naira is devalued now, we are behind SA (even as I never believed we were the largest economy by rational indices), the policy on floating the currency still hasn’t worked because all is predicated upon demand and supply. SLS likes to claim he knows it all. His figures about missing funds too proved not accurate, he is not a know all and he should not grandstand. The other economists cant all be wrong, we all need to distill ideas and not hold one sacrosanct. How does he call people he claims he does not know, voodoo economists and demagogues?

  • adekunle akindude

like making the foreign currency sent by Nigerians abroad circulate in the economy so that the little guys can get their foreign exchange to do their businesses It is sad that we have found ourselves in this old age policies that produces nothing but pain death and retrogression in all its modes Start all over again get an assessment of the ministers productivity and weed out those who have not produced results but putting blames on GEJ who is parading all over the world collecting worthless awards

  • Omotolaaraujo

He was worthless as the CBN Governor and he has zero value as an Emir now. ZERO!

  • Considering that Emir Sanusi is the immediate pass CBN governor who deployed most of the current innovations(ATM, POS, Cashless banking, local funds transfer & BVN) that are helping the government to detect corruption and he loose his job for exposing the corruption of the previous government. Then he is the Emir of the State that gave Buhari his largest vote. It’s really sad that he is now forced to speak in the public on issues of great national interest. It means he does not have the ears of Buhari. Mr. President you cannot know it all. Even OBJ was seeking advice from professionals

    • progressive

He is entitled to his opinion but sanhsi should also have it at the back of his mind that buhari is not just going to turn the country for good just over night alot have been destroyed at the past

    • persona

Recall he was quiet about the Ese girl that was holed up in his custody and the police was busy looking all over. Police had to even ask for his permission before they could rescue the under aged girl. Point is, SLS is a hypocrite. If he is not doing the advising, everyone else is a “demagogue” as he put it or a “voodoo” economist.
Nigeria has issues that require multiplicity of ideas, suggestions and thought process. He talks about tomato paste, was he in a cave when Dangote and Erisco built facilities and tomato ebola truncated moving forward until when things returned to normal now? Must FG always be the ones investing in everything? He was one of the advocates of government should have nothing to do with biz, he is backtracking now. Make he comot the turban from his head, it is causing overheating. SLS is just using this as a means to be called to offer his views, its not altruistic.

I will only quote; “The former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria also warned the
government against continuing to blame previous administrations for the
nation’s woes”. at the end “Mr. Sanusi blamed past federal administrations for failing to diversify the nation’s economy during the oil boom, …….He specifically accused Mr. Jonathan of refusing advice given to him on how to turn the economy around”.

    • progressive

No matter what the situation of the country as at now the past governmrnt will be blame a party that have been in power for 16 yrs without no good foundation before handing over power what do you expect the new government to say they are in power they can see what have gone wrong that is why they are still blaming the past governmrnt sanhsi should be sincere with his statement he should not cause confusion in the country.

        • persona

Clearly, he is betting on the wrong horse. Kwakwanso’s issue is with the present kano governor and not Buhari. If SLS is wise, he will know that power is transient and just like GEJ, Ganduje will be out of office and like the Dasukis, he too may be deposed. Wisdom is not trying to blame someone whom you cant even pin one wrong thing he has done wrong. ALl he mentioned was tomato paste and will he also feign ignorance that another Kano man in Dangote built capacity alongside Erisco?
Was he not an advocate that FG cant be in business best suited for private sector? Is he saying FG should be processing tomato paste? The issue is clear, SLS is not altruistic and I can tell you, he will meet his waterloo if he assumes he can go against Buhari. A former president took him off his position and another may take the only shine left if he oversteps his bounds.

  • Senator D

Past administration from OBJ (May 29, 1999) blamed the Military misrule over the economic downturn of the country when they took over power and stayed there for 16-years… The irony of the whole thing is that both OBJ and General Buhari were all part of the past maladministration of the Military for over 40-years!

    • o

@Obaeze, What sanusi said yesterday was actually what I thought APC/Buhari will do when they were campaigning, telling Nigerians that USD will be at par with NGN. I though by now buhari would have encouraged and influenced manufacturing companies production capacity by 25-30%. For the economy to pickup, we have to go into manufacturing; unfortunately buhari want quick money and that is why Fowler(FIRS) is determined to tax everything that can ever come to his mind. Again, many business men and women, particularly the bank executives are many billions with just a telephone call. Sanusi has been in the system, he exactly knows what he is talking about. Can you imagine the number of companies that closed businesses and moved out of Nigeria in the last six months!. Unbelievable!

      • Obaeze

Could the problem then be from CBN? I can understand the suffering we are going through, however we shouldn’t lose sight of the fact that Buhari is fighting so many forces, corruptions from all quarters, insurgency (B/Haram, N/Delta, Cattle rustling, dwindling oil price, quest for imported goods, etc). Note also that the Judiciary is not helping matters talk less of the legislators. Nobody has the country at heart and a lot are looking for any loophole to exploit! If this regime fails (which many are praying for from the comments i am reading in this forum) then I think, which i don’t hope for, we have failed as a nation… and will all suffer for it with devastating consequences… May God help us…

    I believe
President Buhari must have authorized prosecution of Sanusi Lamido Sanusi
for the 1.4 trillion Naira theft at the Central Bank under his mismanagement of
that bank. The final audit done by the Financial Reporting Council was delivered
to President Buhari on 30th May, 2015. For no good reason President
Buhari sat on the case until public pressures escalated against Buhari’s
    perceived tribalism.

Sanusi Lamido may have got a whiff of the impending prosecution
because each time the theft case at Central Bank is moved toward
prosecution, Sanusi Lamido quickly wears the toga of a whistle-blower to put
his limbering prosecutors on public opinion trial. Sanusi Lamido must have
rushed to stall his prosecution for the theft at Central Bank for because
he did not cite any gritty specific of a wrong policy by President Buhari. That
shows rush and panic rather than knowledge and honesty.

What is all the shit about ending like GEJ as if GEJ did not end well….

He made his mistakes like every imperfect human being, but he left office like a democratic Field Marshall!!!!

Can’t just imagine what Nigeria will be by the time Buhari is done….very foreboding!

““You don’t have to be an economist to know that any system that allows you to sit in your garden, and with a telephone call, make one billion naira without investing a kobo, that system is wrong. It is unsustainable. ”

Exactly BUT this is the culture endemic in Northern Nigeria, especially the Northern Muslims elites and even more especially the Fulani elites.

Bad news for you folks, the avengers and other freedom fighters will never allow status quo to continue. No more easy source of money to squander
